The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law "On State System of Biosecurity in the Course of the Formation, Testing, Transpiration and Use of Genetically Modified Organisms"

The Legislative act introduces the amendments to the effective Law concerning the delimitation of the central bodies authorities concerning the issues of agrarian policy and veterinary medicine in the sphere of activity regulation, connected with the genetically modified organisms.

Relevant Bill is registered under 5029.
